Richy and Lindsay Ackerman come from an expansive background as dynamic leaders. They both have served in executive roles within corporate, entertainment and ministry, coaching and equipping rising leaders. 

Through their diverse experience, they now focus on personalized coaching for those who are seeking to gain momentum and strategically navigate through significant moments, in life, relationships and dreams. 

As 4th generation Pastor’s Kids, they were both raised in progressive ministry environments. Today they are Pastors themselves and certified coaches. They utilize Biblically based insights and principles and their own significant life experiences of Trust, Faith, and Family to coach, consult, and strengthen others.
